In Game they have a Ds bundle for £99 with a top game. On the box it shows Mario Kart but I spoke to an assistant (I presume they do this in every branch) who told me I could change the game up the value of Mario Kart, which retails at £29.99. This is their most expensive game therefore I was able to choose any game. Alternatively, I could in effect get a credit note up to that value. They have BOGOF games - 2 for £30, also noted they had preowned games 2 for £20.
I personally need to buy 3 for my children, so I have bought one with Mario Kart, one with BOGOF and the other I have bought three accessory kits (£10 each).
If you get a reward card in Game, you will get £2.50 credit for a '1000 point' spend which equals £100 spent in the shop. Therefore buying a DS bundle @ £99 will get you a credit of £2.50 towards a future purchase.
By the way, joining Game's reward scheme costs £3 but that is refunded if you purchase an extended warranty costing £14.99 for 2 years cover.
Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!

I got one for my daughter for £99 from Game and just struck lucky that the free game was Cooking mama 2 which she had particularly asked for. this was a couple of weeks ago though

Zavvi have a deal, any colour ds lite, accessory pack and any game for £115 thought that was a good deal as I need to buy 2
  • Also tempted to get one, went past a branch of GAME and sure they were selling them for £100 with a "free" game.

Loads on ebay including 50+ games for £130, I know they are copy games but has anyone got one of these?
    I hate migraines.
  • lynnexxxo - Tesco code has now expired unfortunately, nearly bought myself one!

Cookie monster - These are usually all downloaded onto one cartridge - could be a problem if lost! Some of the bargain games on ebay and the like are actually gameboy games. Kids love them, but the graphics are not brilliant. HTH
A little thanks now and again would be nice.;)
