Or if you're running Windows 7 or later, open the Sticky Notes app then copy and paste the acronyms & abbreviations lost from the NEWBIES thread into the new note box and it'll always be there for your reference (unless you click the "x" on the window, which will close it and lose the contents).Fruitcake said:

They are the same email. Capital letters don't affect an email...
