Hey everyone. So it's been 2.5 years since DRP last hounded me but alas, they somehow got hold of my address (relocated back to parents during covid) and sent me a fresh letter. It says I've ignored their previous 5 letters and now still owe them £160. Now, I heeded the advice received in this thread and have ignored them entirely with exception of my first reply back to them where, stupidly I did admit parking in my space - albeit without a permit from my property management company at the time as I'd literally just moved in. Do you all suggest I continue to ignore this fresh hell? Cheers.
Come on, you have been told that DRP are just powerless clowns
If they want to waste their time and money just let the fools do so

Mind you, if you have a cat, DRP letters are perfect for cat litter trays (as long as the cat cannot read)

    Dear Sirs,
re: PCN number 123456, VRM AB12XYZ
Please note that my current address for service is:
    27 Acacia Avenue
    Anytown
    PO12 3CO

Please be sure to erase any other addresses for me from your records. Explicitly, remove my old address of 45 Old Road, Oldtown, DF13 7DH from your records.

Also ensure that all your agents are advised of this change.

    Yours faithfully,

    Mr Mango

Took me four minutes to write that.    :)

I know. It's why I didn't give anymore as nothing more was. Needed

two minutes work. That's all it would have taken you OP. But no, you wasted others time on something you could have done yourself.

Try Google - first result! 😫
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Back to the NEWBIES you must go. Print or write out the acronyms and abbreviations you will find in the fifth post.

It saves you asking and us having to answer questions pre-answered in said NEWBIES.
