UKPC ticket appealed then ignored - now with DRP possible court action?

the PPC is UKPC
the MA is the Managing Agent for the building or car park (or the landowner)
ideally , an MA cancellation , or a landowner cancellation , is always the best option
the MA and PPC are 2 different entitities , one employed by the other1 -
Look either the MA or the "facilities" person got you into this mess:I received a parking charge in basement car park for not having my permit on display (it was being made up for me by facilities at the time).
I suggested what to do in post 6, it's their fault you never had a permit!
They should have dealt with it from the outset, why did you dither with these scamming idiots?1 -
I know I know I am being probably over thinking it!
I've never told the MA (which I'm guessing is UKPC) to stick their £15 payment, as it was only valid for 35 days and I took the decision to simply ignore it - was that a mistake?
Over thinking it ???
DRP are now treating you as a mug with their very scary (joke)
letters
How many times do we have to say ......
DRP ARE MONEY SCAMMERS
DRP CANNOT DO ANYTHING
DRP ARE USELESS AND A TIMEWASTING BUNCH
Forget the DRP rubbish and if UKPC want to have a go
let us know1 -
Hey everyone. So it's been 2.5 years since DRP last hounded me but alas, they somehow got hold of my address (relocated back to parents during covid) and sent me a fresh letter. It says I've ignored their previous 5 letters and now still owe them £160. Now, I heeded the advice received in this thread and have ignored them entirely with exception of my first reply back to them where, stupidly I did admit parking in my space - albeit without a permit from my property management company at the time as I'd literally just moved in. Do you all suggest I continue to ignore this fresh hell? Cheers.0

What does your lease/AST say about parking? Does it mention the need to display a permit? then it may take primacy over the self serving TnC of the scammer, and interfere with your lawful right to “quiet enjoyment” of your property, possible an offence under The Landlord and Tenants Acts.
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Is DRP a debt collection company? Then yes, you can take no action. Provided the PPC knows your address for service so that you do not miss out on receiving a letter before/of claim or a N1 claim form, you can wait for the LOC.2

Tell the ppc your current
address for service
And
instruct them to erase your old address
two must use phrases.3 -
