  • TPS all the way... they run a mile normally when you say that to them ;)
  • I had this problem with money super market, they phoned 5 + times a day, I got several emails off them and on the email it gives a link to unsubscribe to the calling service, I did it and got no further calls.

I had debts, my circumstances changed, I tried but couldn't pay them, I dealt with them in the best way I could.........

I'm sorry to say that I give a random number of a business on those sort of sites as they force you to give a number. If they want to waste someone's time they can get a random business and waste their time, and their own time for making nuisance calls.

Hiya, when you recieve such a call, let them put the phone down first - don't put your phone back on the stand, leave the line open! it anoys them as they cannot phone anyone else untill you decide to close the line:rolleyes: . Sometimes I can hear them saying "Hello! can you put the phone down?" :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
If winter comes, can spring be far behind?
    Spring begins on 21st March.

Get a stereo near the phone with an Elton John CD in, even do a mix with "your call is important to me, I will get back to you as soon as possible"

That is a breach of FSA rules on calling which should only be between the hours of 9-9.

You could complain that you dont appreciate cold calling at the best of times and that to do it at 7.30-8am in the morning is not acceptable and you wonder why they are breaching FSA guidelines.

COB 3.8.22 R (6)(a) an unsocial hour usually means on a Sunday or before 9am or after 9pm on any other day. It could also mean other days of the week or other times if the firm knows that a particular recipient would not wish to be called on that day or at that time for reasons of, for example, religious faith or night shift working.
