Lost ... judge stated signage was clear (it wasn’t following Ipc at all imo ) they can peruse outside or 14 days pofa and they used excel vs nick jennings as example ... £221 pounds bill to pay
On the flip side must have cost them a pretty penny as thier solicitor wasn’t in house so I would say even though I lost keep taking them to court as eventually something will change. Thanks for al the help guys.0 -

If you were the person before me I did hear him trying to pass you the documents before hand. The solicitor they for sent me didn’t come with any of the paperwork so was doing it blind. If they weren’t in the wrong I would have felt sorry for him lol
I managed to win my case but I started rambling and the victory was mainly due to the bad signage and road marking.
