    Whilst in theory you cannot add to your WS after it has been submitted you can add more information if it is not classed as new evidence. I sent some better images and they were OK with that. You have to send them to the claimant as well.

    I have not sent the WS yet, have until 4PM today so delivering it to the court myself and sending via email to VCS. Should this be added or have they covered it in the contract?

    If you have done Le Kirk's amendments I would send it.

    Do check over their authority from the landowner carefully. They must have authority to pursue through the courts. This company has been known to materially alter evidence.

    According to Companies House; Henderson Property Ltd is dormant and doesn't own any land.

    I am not an regular with a good knowledge of parking law. I am going through the same process as yourself with the same company but I am a bit further down the line.
