"they "being the company that contacted me with regard to a no win no fee claim have now sent me a bill for over a £10000

Sorry to hear that. The only advice I can give is legal ombudsman. But they expect you to complain to the solicitors first before contacting them. If you look at the website you can find their complaint letter.
I went to Citizen Advice Bureau asking for legal advice. My local CAB have student solicitors mentored by a barrister. They were able to give me legal advice, but it's time consuming.0 -
thanks i will contact CAB tomorrow0

Hi, I'm currently having similar problems with a claim and just wondering if you had any dealing with taking a loan out with novitas regarding the no win no fee side of the case.?0

Yes a loan has been taken out and it's ever increasing yet the case hasn't moved much. It's worrying to be honest. I feel ill thinking about it0
