Cavity wall claims. Potentially another new scam

I didn't return the firms... I didn't tick any ....
When i phoned the office in Hayward Heath and explained that I had phoned the Blackburn office immediately after the so called jnprctor came to say I had no damp and he told me he was an inspector from the company that fitted the insulation they would close file shred the stiff and I wa angry that it had been passed on and was still live ... after I'd been.told it had been shredded...
Hayward Heath phoned me to tell it was closed.... and they would send a letter ... no letter
.I.emailed them because they said they close it last time and they didn't.... I not revived a keytsr

I've received no letter...so it could be going on... so I emailed them ...no response so far....

Hi I didn't tick any I called told them I was lied to by their cold caller.... I explained I called them a hour after he came round to complain and be told my file had been shredded.
They left a voice mail saying my case was closed....
My stipulation a hence the email to them was I never had or should of had an open case ....
U can't trust solicitors

I didn't send anything back they phoned me said they close the case....but I don't trust them I'm writing to them today ...I've sent an email 4 days ago no reply.....they won't reply or contact me I belivecand keep the file open....

Write an official letter and then email that. A formal complaint letter. Can be found on legal ombudsman website. Use that as a guide.

Just give them some time as I think there are loads of people they need to go through.

I've been sent a letter asking me to tick a box. Which is to join another firm of their choice, find my own firm to continue or close the case and may risk paying.

Write a formal complaint. But your emails are proof too.

Hi guys an update... I finally got a letter from tegamus after I emailed and mailed a letter saying they have closed the case file.... staying the statue of limitations about my claim..
Even though I reiterated I wa duped by there head hunter....
I hoping this is the end of it... and no money to be paid out by me ....

hi all i have a similar problem with a company with regard to cavity wall insulation i signed up for them to investigate a surveyor came round twice and then i heard nothing from them, in the meantime a solicitor contacted me to tell me to contact ciga which i did and i had the insulation removed at no cost to myself i contacted the company to tell them and they have now sent me a huge bill any advice as to what i can do please

Whose "they have now sent me a huge bill"?
Seems different from my situation. My solicitors told me not to contact them myself. So now they delaying everything and making it worse for me.

Ignore them or make an offer to settle.
