Well done, TIE. Magnificent loss, TG.

Congrats on being our SOTW, Stoke. Thanks again for the chart, Chrisv.

Ah well, the chickens came home to roost and it’s a gain of 1.4lbs for me. I’ve done my best to stick within the syn allowance, despite being out for lunch. I’ve got 2 more lunches this week!

Sorry about your work situation, Tete. And Mr bubbs's too!

    Nom nom, bubbs.

Thanks , us 2, but if i hadnt of taken his sick note up before i started work wouldnt have known that they closed today and applications had to be in today as we was away last week when they got told they had gone online and closed today:mad:

    !!!!!!

Well I woke up at 4am worried about work, tossed and turned for an hour then gave up and got up at 5am. Really regretting that now and I know I'm going to be at death's door by about 2pm. Really don't feel inclined to go to work at all tbh.

Today (mostly the same as yesterday):
    B - Mullerlight and Granola
D - Cold roast traybake thing: Linda Mc saus (1), potatoes, spring onions, aubergine, courgette, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, with pea shoots and cucumber on the side.
T - Nando's before an event in town - Butterfly chicken (4), spicy rice (2) maybe a salad (1) but maybe not because £2.50 is extortionate for a few leaves.
Snack - Homemade fruit salad pot: apple, clem and passionfruit.
    HEA - Milk in coffee
HEB - Granola (40g Asda raisin and almond)
Syns - Coconut oil (2), sausage (1), Nando's (7), sugar in coffee (about 24 probably)...

I'm not a massive fan of Nando's (WHAT is all the fuss about??) but my friend seems to like it and it's SW friendly, so...

Have a good day all. Send me wakeful vibes!

A disappointing for me this week.
Apart from Sunday I have been on plan all week, still have loads more to loose but I seem to have stalled?

L salad with chicken and chick peas, fruit 1 tbsp light salad cream (1)
D jacket pot, beans, cheese (hexa)
Snacks cereal bar (3.5) kitkat (5.5)
    Total syn 10

Well done all those excellent losers.

You don't seem to have enough Speed in today's plan. If every day is a similar amount of Speed foods then that could be why your weight loss has stalled.

Try upping the amount of Speed foods or even trying a couple of SP days and see if that helps.

Morning, thanks Chris for the chart again, well done Stoke on SoTW
    finally i can report a -1.2
hopefully I can keep it up though there is no way I will be losing the 6lb I set myself for the challenge.
Off to work now have a good day everyone.
  • I was in Dunelm at the weekend and picked up 2 gadgets, 1 to poach an egg, the other to make an omelette, not tried yet, but giving a go tomorrow. Not sure what it will be like, but it will hopefully give the opportunity to do something different for breakfast. Will try the omelette one for you! Think I will take the egg already beaten and then add some filling when it needs to be added.

Pollyanna, I was quite impressed with the omelette maker, looks quite small, but comfortably take 2 eggs & filling, 2 1/2 mins in total (2 lots of 1 min to cook & 30 secs once the filling is added, although I did only add tomato) I imagine that cooking time could be adjusted to reflect filling and ensure that the whole thing is not over cooked. All in all, not bad for £2 investment. Just need to try the poacher now!

    Thank you for SOTW :)

Hope everyone had a good weekend.

Will be interesting to see how my weigh in goes. I suspect a loss but only minimal as it's slowing down. Just deciding whether to do it tonight or another night as I'm supposed to be meeting my dad for a meal. Doing it tonight is preferred of course :) Keeps the rhythm.

I actually have one of these things at home, well sounds similar anyways. It's how I make omelettes for my daughter before school, but for some reason, never occurred to make an omelette for myself in it.

But, to do that at work, I would have to drag it in and I don't have the greatest commute in the world.

I had chicken pasta salad for lunch today and it was nicer than my jacket yesterday.

Tomorrow I was planning another jacket potato, but with tuna and mayo this time. I'm new to all this, so need to look up syns for the mayo. But should I add butter if I am having tuna and mayo? I did find the jacket a bit bland yesterday and can't decide if that was why. Have brought in a little pot full of salt which I will keep in my drawer.

    My menu for today:-

    B - Coffee, banana, apple

    11am - coffee

L - chicken salad, muller light, hula hoop puffs (4.5)

D - SW sausages, mash, babycorn and mushrooms, gravy (0.5)

S - 2 x tea, Milkyway mousse (4.5), healthy eating bar before bed (HEB)

HEA was milk in my teas and coffees.
Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
    Mortgages (End 2017) - £180,235.03
    (End 2021) - £131,215.25 DID IT!!!
    (End 2022) - Target £116,213.81
