Happy to report a - 6 this week. That's with a few beers and an incident with a cheese sandwich on white bread on Friday.
I feel much better about not messing the chart up for everyone else now
Onward and downward now. The wedding is just over a month away. Should probably buy a dress at some point...
B - Mushroom and red onion hash and beans
D - Unsure yet. Had a late breakfast as Top Baby didn't get up until 9.40 (and she's back asleep now). Maybe just a mug shot and fruit.
T - Salmon fillet, SW chips or new potatoes and Mediterranean veg.
HEXA - Milk in tea
HEXB - Alpen lights
Syns - Maybe some WW cookies later on. See how I feel.0 -

I need help with lunches. I am so not feeling my jacket potato with beans at the moment.
It's needs butter and salt and I am at work where there is neither.
Can you heat up a omelette in the microwave or this a disgusting idea. Just figured I could make it at home and then bring it in?Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

When we go caravanning I take a handful of those little individual butter portions you can buy from a cash and carry type place - could you buy something similar as well as the individual sachets of salt?
What about the sw quiches?
I'm not really good on lunches as I tend to have the same thing.0 -

I was in Dunelm at the weekend and picked up 2 gadgets, 1 to poach an egg, the other to make an omelette, not tried yet, but giving a go tomorrow. Not sure what it will be like, but it will hopefully give the opportunity to do something different for breakfast. Will try the omelette one for you! Think I will take the egg already beaten and then add some filling when it needs to be added.A smile costs little but creates much0 -
