  • Thanks ChrisV for the chart and well done Stoke on SOTW.

Bubbs - hope OH had a better night yesterday.

TIE - easier said than done I know but try not to worry about the job ...though in situations like these I always like to make sure I know where the lifeboat is.

Had a relatively good night last night - had a stir fry and tonight's offerings will be cold cooked chicken (picked up reduced last night) with salad - even though the weather is miserable we try and eat light in the evenings as it's nearly always after we've walked the dog.

Also prepared tomorrow's tea (beef stew) as, by accident (ok I forgot to put the slow cooker on the right temperature) we found that it was even nicer the day following so it's now a 2 day prep lol

Walked the dog lunch time so did a little BM - that seems to have gone out of the window big style.

  • But, to do that at work, I would have to drag it in and I don't have the greatest commute in the world.
Mine must be very different, as it is only a bit of plastic which fits in my bag:eek:

You can make an omelette in a mug. Just whisk the eggs with a drop of water, s&p and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. If you want to add fillings then add them already cooked so they only need to reheat. You can either eat from the mug or turn out onto a plate to eat. I usually tip onto a plate and eat with a mixed salad.

You don't seem to have enough Speed in today's plan. If every day is a similar amount of Speed foods then that could be why your weight loss has stalled.

Try upping the amount of Speed foods or even trying a couple of SP days and see if that helps.

    Denise

Funnily enough I did wonder if that might help, I dug my sw book out this morning to double check the speed foods and will try and include some more.
I am better at the end of the week when I am off, days I am at work I just grab whatever is in the fridge usually left overs as it is too late to cook (mum feeds the kids before I get in)
