You're right about the jelly pots, they are 0.5 syns. Lighter than light mayo is 0.5 syns per Tbs. Did you really have 4 Tbs?
Can't find tiger loaf on the syns online,sorry. The low fat fudge yoghurt isn't too bad at 2.5 syns for the 100g pot (from the cals I thoyght it would be about 4 syns).

So I didn’t make it in here yesterday after all – busy bee, lol.
Sunflower, sadly meringues are not syn free !!!9785;
I used 2 egg whites + 4ozs caster sugar.
Whisk egg whites until stiff, gradually add sugar until mixture is glossy.
Dollop spoonfuls onto tray lined with greaseproof paper. I got 8 decent sized dollops!
Bake in oven preheated to 160C for 1 ½ hrs.
This makes them slightly ‘tanned’ and a wee bit chewy inside.
It may be coincidental, but I had a teeny tiny, 0.2lb loss last week. Ice cream and meringues had nothing to with it.
Thanks for the chart, chris.
Happy holidays, maman.
Eating monster is here too, beanie.
Well done, ilts.
