UKPC Appeal Letter Help!

Hi All,
I have been reading up on the forum for the past few weeks and doing quite a bit of research on the internet to prepare my letter of appeal against a UKPC "parking charge" and would like to know if my letter which I have modified slightly from the standard forum template is OK. I will be submitting the below via their online appeal form.
I have added a couple more points which I feel are relevant but I would like a second opinion on the points and the way I have worded it.
I was intending to send it off as it is but got cold feet at the last minute so have left it quite late to ask for your help. As I am approaching the 26th day in about a days time I would be grateful if some of you experts can cast your eyes over it and let me have any comments?
Many thanks in anticipation!
I have also included some photos below of the site.
Here is my letter:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Re PCN reference: XXXXXXX
I dispute your purported 'parking charge' dated 11 April 2018, as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny liability and consider the PCN an absolute disgrace and pure intimidation.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn, nor was there any agreed contract. Your signage terms fail the test of 'large lettering' and prominence of the parking charge, as established in ParkingEye Ltd v Beavis, which is fully distinguished. Also, there are no signs at the carpark entrance to warn incoming drivers entering the area that there are parking restrictions in the area, this contravenes the BPA Code of Practice appendix B. The road markings at the entrance to this carpark at Topsy Turvey, Brent Cross Shopping Centre have faded and illegible particularly in the hours of darkness where lighting is poor.
Should you fail to cancel this PCN, I require the following information with your rejection letter:
1. A full Traffic Management Order for the land at Topsy Turvy, Brent Cross Shopping Centre.
2. Agreement with the DVLA.
3. Department for Transport approval for the signs used in this carpark.
4. A full copy of the contemporaneous, signed & dated (unredacted) contract with the landowner and a written authorisation of the landowner.
I will use POPLA (if offered) not the 'IAS' which has been exposed in Parliament as compromised by a conflict of interests with the IPC. The BPA were also heavily criticised and both appeals systems were condemned - hardly surprising for an industry where so-called AOS members admitted in recent years to letting victims 'futilely go through the motions' of appeal and saying on camera 'we make it up sometimes' (BBC Watchdog). Firms of your ilk were unanimously criticised in 2018 as operating an 'outrageous scam' (Hansard 2.2.18).
I have kept proof of submission of this appeal and will also be making a formal complaint about your predatory and aggressive conduct to your client landowner, as well as complaining in writing to my MP and ensuring that they are appraised of the debate where Parliament agreed by way of unanimous conclusion: ''we need to crack down on these rogue companies. They are an absolute disgrace to this country. Ordinary motorists...should not have to put up with this''.
Yours faithfully,

Do not send your appeal.
Before submitting your appeal, it is very important that you read this recent addition to the NEWBIES FAQ thread:STOP PRESS APRIL 2018 - UKPC DO NOT HAVE DVLA ACCESS NOW!
SO, WAIT FOR THE NOTICE TO KEEPER FIRST WHICH WILL NEVER ARRIVE AND YOU WILL HEAR NO MORE (SO DO NOT APPEAL A UKPC* TICKET, UNDERSTOOD?)

There is no way that UKPC can get the keeper's details, unless you tell them, which of course you won't be doing.
Hi KeithP, thank you for showing me that.:) I read the newbies page several times as soon as I got the ticket so this must have been updated quite recently!
Anyhow, if that's true it's fantastic news. But does any one know if it has it been verified?
So I guess, as per the note, I should not appeal and just wait for the notice to keeper to arrive in my post.
But just playing devils advocate, if they did manage to get the details from the DVLA and they did send me a letter, would it put me in a worse position to appeal if it is well outside the 27th day?0 -
Did you read those two links?0

But does any one know if it has it been verified?
Yes, it is true, at the moment in 2018.
EDIT - A TEMPORARY POSITION - NO LONGER TRUE.

Did you read those two links?
Yes I did. I also did a quick google and found a couple more sites stating the same. However on the following website they mention
"This means they cannot access vehicle keeper details from DVLA and, if subsequently reinstated, cannot access details for the period during which they were suspended – essentially making any fines during that period unenforceable."
I received the ticket on 11 April 2018 so if they were suspended by the DVLA after this date, could they subsequently get the keepers details for the period before they were suspended?0 -
With a windscreen ticket they cannot get keeper data from the DVLA until 28 days after the parking event.
By that time they were suspended by the DVLA.
Sit back, relax. Please do your own research if you are still unsure.0 -
Stop worrying, I'd be surprised if they escape expulsion, despite being a large firm.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

(Apologies if I've missed this, bit annoyed still)
My letter arrived today, alleged event took place 31st May.
Also it says Re: Parking Charge. Not Notice to Keeper. SO I don't send the appeal letter?
In the letter UKPC states "having checked... with DVLA... we are writing because you are the registered keeper... etc" and the letter basically has a payment slip etc.
I think this one will be childs play for you, so I'm happy to hear your response! I am trawling through the NEWBIE section too.0 -
db21111, please stop posting on other people's threads.
If you want help with your issue then please start your own thread.
It can only lead to confusion if trying to progress two people's issues in the same thread.
Now please go and read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread and if you still have questions then please start your own thread.
Thank you for your understanding.0 -
