Why have you dragged this up from over 8 months ago?
Do you have anything useful to contribute to this forum, Mr Tucker? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I also received the same notice from UKPC for parking (and shopping) for 16 minutes at a retail park during business hours(!)
The letter states they checked DVLA and know I am the Registered Keeper.
They threaten to contact a collections agency within 42 days.
I looked into the Newbie section but couldn't spot the info. Could anyone please help?0 -

This is an old thread and not for new cases.
Everything is explained in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1, including a ready-written appeal for you to use. If you can't work your way around it, please get someone to sit with you and work through it together, as it's impossible to do that remotely from the forum. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
