How do i go about wiping comp and starting again?

don't think i'm ever going to find a solution to the quidco thing
i think the only solution is to wipe everyting and start again

yep tried firefox and ie
both have same probs......some links will work others wont
all links work from a different comp0 -
comps not too old
only use up approx 40g on harddisk
and ive got a portable harddrive sitting here with 54g spare at mo
so thinking a reinstall might solve probs
and it would be a good thing to learn anyway0 -
Have you tried disabling zone alarm? Noticed you upgraded or installed latest version just before current troubles.Keeping the pedants at bay - dot an i or cross a t only if you feel you really can't stop yourself:p0

yeah i uninstalled almost everything..well
firewall
antivirus
antispyware etc etc
still had same probs0 -
if it's XP then NTFSEx forum ambassador

what programs would you recommend i download to have ready to install without connecting to net once i've carried out reinstall0
