Are you not following Bargepole's guidance linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES thread?

Full details on how to complete the DQ are there.

Can I also ask if I should send the complaint to the housing association now or should I wait for their response to my SAR?

You can certainly also send a complaint now. A SAR is a separate thing, no reason why you can't hit them with both!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hello again.
So I got the response to my SAR from UKPC - there is photos of signs and my car.no reply from the housing association.
And I just received a letter from the court, the hearing will be on the 4th of September.
Now I have no idea what to do next :(

I'm finding that really difficult to believe.

Go back to where you found out how to fill in the DQ and read some more.

I do find it difficult to understand all this. Can someone please direct me to a legal representative who deals with those cases and would be able to help even for a fee as I can!!!8217;t spend my life reading posts and guessing what!!!8217;s right what!!!8217;s not. I don!!!8217;t wanna go to court and not be able to defend myself. Might as well just give up now and just pay them what they want.

This is where you found out how to complete the DQ:
Point 5. in that post describes exactly what you need to do next.

Thanks for that but that doesn!!!8217;t give much help. I don!!!8217;t even know what I could possibly write in that witness statement. I!!!8217;ve just read my defence again and the only thing I can point out is the fact that I wasn!!!8217;t the driver of the vehicle. What proof or evidence can I possibly provide.
The signage on the gate says: !!!8220;permit holders only!!!8221; and there was no permit on my car and my car got 6 invoices.
The housing association completely ignored me.
    I!!!8217;m really stressed out.
I need legal advice from someone who deals with those cases.
