    Hello again,
    I had my hearing and it has been dismissed!!! :D
    I think the judge knew who he was dealing with.
    He was not satisfied with their evidence from the site, signage location, size etc. He also questioned the matter of keeper being the driver.
    I won! And I could not be happier!

    I would like you say BIG THANK TOU to EVERYONE on this forum who helped and guided me through the whole process. I couldnt have done it without you!

    Could you please give us a bit more detail about what the Judge said, what the UKPC rep had to say, how did they argue their case? What did you say in defence of your position?

    Name of their rep, Judge's name, which Court, Court case reference number?

    All above will help so many others who follow.
