Not an NSD today....BUT I get to go to the pubs staff party where we drink the remaining beer for free. There's definite advantages to being a fixture.

Going to go and see if I can get a blood test sorted tomorrow with a long list of requirements. The experiment seems to have worked not too badly. Woke up today with no pain in my shoulder, hip or knee. Have a bit of a niggle in my elbow today but that could be too much typing !!!!:rotfl:
Seem to be eating a lot of fish, smoked fish and vegetables. Nutritionally I'm probably as good as I've ever been.
In other news Barclaycard (remember the one's who wanted to increase my limit to over £7k
:o:o) have just told me the promotional rate is ending on that card. But only for about £260 of the balance. So extra merit points for anyone who knows how I manage to shift that part of the debt to a new 0% card
Sometimes I wonder how we all ended up being this cynical!
In better news the credit card debt has decreased by £250
Barclays down to £3961
Santander £1260
Total CC debt £5221
The mortgage will start with a 5 next month and the CC will not start with a 5!

Inadvertent NSD today - Yes Beanie I'll go and mark it up. I have the weather and how effing cold it is to thank for that. Would usually be standing at a bus stop right now. No chance.
Blood test on Tuesday.
They are also going to test for arthritis as it is quite often related to the thyroid. Oh what joy. No point in worrying until the test is done!
