Got a lot done today at work.
Pressies are all wrapped bar one, but tree still needs decorating.

Went to a new pub opening (what they call a soft opening) last night. Open to friends and family. Opens proper tomorrow. Had drinks but didn't buy any - VERY VERY moneysaving Also got a lift there and back.

Tomorrow go to London which will cost money - no two ways about it! Going to a concert.

Then back on Saturday, to my cousin's and then up to my brother's on Christmas Eve. Going to try and focus on breathing and reading and keeping calm during the holiday period.

    NAMASTE

p.s. Will check on mortgage tomorrow and report back

Fairly spendy couple of days for me. Have booked flights to Riga for May and Amsterdam in March. Just off to pay the deposit on the Riga break and that will be holidays done for a while.

Have you heard from Mr Z?

Saw him over Christmas Beanie. He tells me I have aged better than him. I'm not so sure, someone's not had a go at his neck!

No NSD today. I need to wax my legs for tonight or someone will think my costume is something it isn't!!!

I'm about to cycle into town. I think I'm what they call hypo at the moment which means my thyroid is underactive - not producing enough thyroxine. Feeling tired and my hip is aching something chronic. However my cousin has done her usual helpful trick at Christmas time and given me a cold - it could be that!
So I'm going to cycle into town which will get my lower half moving - the KILL OR CURE approach

I shall then be performing a test on whether the missing items over Christmas make the difference.
Blue Machine - a drink full of B vitamins (£2.50 or £4.00 in either Tesco or Sainsbury's - they seem to switch the offer between the two)
Bimuno - other probiotics are available

If doesn't ease in a few days need to go to Docs and get blood test.

    Time to get dressed!

Wishing you a happy & healthy 2019 filled with good fortune & lots of adventures xx

Glad that you saw Mr Z :D

I have not heard of Blue Moon.
I adore beetroot juice but it is so expensive.
