That took a second read to remember it was about your car! :rotfl:

Its wednesday already and I'm tittering on the edge of being overwhelmed by pre holiday preparations.
Sunbed and a quick stop at the supermarket last night and collection of a very order with the aim of something being suitable for a theme night whilst I am away
off the whole order nothing was so now this will need to be returned which is actually a blessing as it means no spend ( prob shouldnt have ordered it anyway) and due to time restraints I will have to make do with something I already have.
I took myself to bed early last night but I wouldn't nod off - I was shattered having woke up at regular intervals the previous 2 nights
I woke up at 5.30 this morning and finalised my clothes and shoes to pack.
Tonight after the gym I will do toiletres / accessories and things like phone chargers and then tomorrow I shall pack it
Technically I have a few days but I didnt bargain on a champions league final a few hours before I have to leave and as this NEVER happens to my team I want to really enjoy the day and soak the occassion up so everything has to be done by midday saturday
I also have a few last minute errands on saturday like picking up Euros
I'll be glad to get in the sun - those pre holiday sunbed visits have really totted up this month but hopefully will give me the longitivity of a lovely tan all summer
Spent £8.40 on a sunbed yesterday and £5.70 on a holiday medicine kit in the supermarket
Waiting on a £4.01 quidco payment to send to the Capital one , ok it isnt a kings ransom but it will all help get that balance gone quicker
Barring a disaster this month has been completed with surplus in the bank which is a first for a while
I will get the hang of this budgeting malarky0 -
Payday tomorrow and we are in credit ..............only just and by the skin of the teeth but for once there is more money then month , pleased with this since its also a 5 week month.
Sent the latest £4.01 from Quidco over to the capital one bill
Small spend this morning , Blueberries and some pain killers.
An hour and a half in the gym last night , it was hard going but I think thats because its been "star" week. Since this month was a horrendous episode I am banking any excercise I have managed as a massive plus.
I am really not noticing much difference on the scales however I know my bits are firmer and my muffin top is slightly more cupcake.
Had the most awful stomach bloat after my dinner last night , I am really not sure what prompted this but it was uncomfortable to be both horizitonal and vertical and after a good hit of charcoal both ends were letting off at an alarming rate
Very tender today but hopefully the worse is over
Today is nails and the final sunbed before I embark to the med for the week , I feel I will be leaving after throwing an all night due to the CL final so maybe just go in to a slumber on the beach when I arrive0 -
Insurance has been done , with the increase in my prem since changing car I did not have the amount in full so this is now on direct debit
although its not as cost effective I actually prefer the flexibility of it , I was hoping for a better deal but they aren't out there and I have £25.00 coming back via quidco so its not all bad
Also downgraded my gym membership so I can no longer take a friend , however this was now costing me £8 a month and to be perfectly frank if they want to go they can pay for themselves.
they have had freebies on me for a good month or so
Also changed the direct debit date and as I've bought it forward its made this months payment only around £7 as its pro rata and takes the downgrade in to account so I guess that is a slight MSE
Last day at the desk before I go away , I have alot to do tomorrow but I am trying not to stress. As long as I have my purse , my passport and my underwear I am pretty much good to go0 -
Gym membership ticked off
Car insurance ticked off
So all I need to tell you is DON'T BUY ANY CLOTHES
Well done on getting the probio. For me I saw instant results - I used to get problems every few days and it just stopped. So I don't know if you will feel the results as quickly.
Have a great time away lovely xxxLoan 1 £5200/£8000

So I am back from my holiday , most people arrive home feeling refreshed and revitalised and I have arrived feeling like I've slept under a bush all week.
I had a thoroughly good time and laughed more then I have laughed for a very long time but I certainly burnt the candle at both ends and seem to have forgotten how to sleep since I seemed to exist on around 4 hours sleep a night !
Would I do it all again , oh without a second thought but I would maybe allow a day or two of recovery at the end as I am quite literally dead on my feet.
I arrived home early afternoon yesterday but struggled to get to sleep last night despite being zonked and delirious , I think I have programmed my body to fight fatigue !!
My holiday spends were pretty much on par , I had £300 in my pocket and my bank card , I took just an extra 20 euro on the last night so I think I managed that quite well and last year I spent more then this. Us girls were quite good at slipping to the local shop and returning to the bar with a drink we had purchased for half the price and also walking with bottles of water which infact had spirits and lemonade etc in them
Its very fair to say that I need to detox and I am intending to back in the gym tomorrow - I have a beer belly that I need to shift
I also got a little bit of man attention whilst away and he wants to go out etc so this will be my motivation to make sure I keep this on track
Feeling good about my physical appearance gives me an increased confidence which I enjoy , we have to love ourselves before we can expect anyone else to love us , right ?
In other financial news , I had a further £11.58 on quidco so I have sent that to the capital one and now all Direct debits are gone I have a clear vision of what I have left for the month
The forecast isn't too terrible , I have a day event where we usually take our own provisions this month and fuel to cover and then just sundry purchases. I have no "needs" as in nails , hair , clothing or birthdays however I do need a bottle of red to help me sleep I think and some nytol to help me regain a sleep pattern.
I intend to spend spare time reading and in the gym and resting in between , I am seriously getting a little too old for these "old timer" party events !!
The Probio is a big hit ! I will not return to Yakult , I am converted0 -
Glad you had a lovely holiday

Glad you've had a great time away. I always spoil my treats by feeling guilty on spending. Really need to learn to enjoy the treats so they're worth it. Glad you felt summer wear confident too. You deserve it with all the gym hitting. I'm sure you look gorgeous. I'm sure more women should watch ru paul. He loves building your self esteem.
Also glad the finances look ok still too xxxLoan 1 £5200/£8000

I truly have forgotten how to sleep , Wine and Nytol did the trick last night for 6 hours which is an improvement but my body has quickly adjusted for "lasting the night out"
It is going to take several nights to adjust I think.
Finally caught up with my mum last night who has been acting very peculiar and coming out with some irrational things and also looking like she has something on her mind , she broached the subject of relocating to the coast with my sister and expected her to go with her and seemed quite put out when she was told it wasn't viable with my nephew and neices schooling.
Am sure this was just because of her financial situation and freeing up equity rather then a desire to live on the cheap essex coast , off course she wouldnt have considered the 40 odd years of life which would need packing up and selling the house in its current condition.
Gym kit is with me in the car for a visit tonight and that is going to HURT !! my legs feel like dead weights and I am a little broken and have had a stark reminder that I am no longer 25
Today will not be a NSD despite telling mum what would be great to have in to eat , she hasn't remembered and as such I need Mushrooms , Eggs and Tomatoes to cater for my breakfast.
I have also switched over to empty on my fuel gauge this morning so will need to top up ( If I do it today , potentially tomorrow can be a NSD) and I also need to cover the car park at the gym
Was pleasantly surprised this morning as I tentatively got on the bathroom scales this morning to find that my weight remains the same ( good possibility of slightly lighter ) then before I went away despite consuming my body weight in alcohol , I was trying to make good choices with my food and mostly had Greek Salad for Lunch and either Chicken , steak or fish for dinner ( along with extra salad rather then spuds) so I am more then happy with that
Thats todays brain dump , wish me luck reaching 5pm today0
