Is what I said, I was then told it was a stupid comment, and it was inferred that I was too stupid to understand, I pointed out it's the same law that covers a mobile contract as the National Trust contract. It was then said the terms are different you can't compare, I repeated that it still comes under the same law and so is comparable.
I see nothing ignorant in than.
When the comment was made it wasn't known what the contract said, as far as I was concerned it was a lifetime, the op believed it was, and my comments were based on that.0 -

There are ways of getting your points across, I don't think its being done in a respectful way, I think its degrading, I'm not speaking in this way, I would expect the same in return.0
