    He’s absolutely useless! He never deals with this type of thing usually and the one time he does he’s probably deleted the email!!! We’ve had a big falling out over this. I will probably just pay it and stop the worry and stress x

    His emails get deleted after 14 days!!! AAAHH!! We appealed it on the 15th March. They aim to reply within 14 days so I assume we!!!8217;re too late anyway now.

    Not with me... just was angry I got a letter for over staying 2 mins so went straight to appeal without thinking ... where as in hindsight i could have read this website and sent the correct template.

    Actually, you overstayed by 12 minutes. Yes, there is a 10 minute grace period, but the parking was for 1 hour.

    What with the overstay, your husband's rash appeal, the lost email etc this looks like a disaster from start to finish.

    The template, by the way, would probably resulted in a rejection.

    So now you need to appeal to POPLA if you are still in time, otherwise you can ignore debt collectors but not court papers, should they arrive.

    Your mitigation points about baby are unlikely to wash so you need to see if there is any failure of the signage.

    Yes exactly this. I admit I’m wrong and over stayed. I was in the dentist and they had a 30 min wait... but anyways it is a mess but I have asked NCP for my appeal result. I havnt admitted we actually received an email and now it’s gone!! If the Popla code is too late I really don’t want Ccj’s etc and things to get worse so I will end up paying it. My own fault really.

    Why on earth are you considering paying this you can't just get a CCJ and the chances of NCP taking you to court are extremely unlikely inspite of any threats you might get:

    Out of 103035 pcn's in 2017, they went to court 8 times, do you really think your little problem will excite them:
