Given the proximity of the date of your parking event to that of the DVLA ban placed on UKPC, I wonder whether the DVLA required UKPC to cancel all tickets for a period immediately prior to the ban. Just me thinking aloud, but it will be worth us testing the theory if we have other posters in a similar position to the one you were in during the coming weeks.

Now, if you would like to return the hassle you've received from UKPC, but with interest, why not drop them a SAR-bomb and find out what exactly they have used your data for, who they've shared it with and what have other agencies done with it as a result.

Remember, you are dealing with a company that has fraudulently doctored photographs so they could penalise people who had not contravened any of their petty rules. So how safely do you think they've handled your very personal data?

Once you have found out what personal data of yours they hold, you should then complain to the ICO that they have failed to delete it as they now have no business keeping it.

hi, my ticket of 28/5/18 has now also been cancelled. I have followed the steps of appealing on day 26, then received reply and gave me further 14 days to appeal further and did this also on day 14 so now 10/7/18 and awaited their reply. No reply was given and checked their website and says cancelled in full, though taking screenshot will not prove this as no pcn no. or registration no. just "cancelled in full". Thank you for all the help. :j:j

Hi, I received a NTK after my last post. Was on day 56 ! Then a few days later received letter saying its cancelled.


Now the parking fine from 10/6/18, I did the same day 26, then had 14 days to reply to them again which I did on 25/7/18 and on day 50 received NTK. still no reply to last appeal or POPLA code. checked their website and this time does not say cancelled in full, but gives me option to appeal again!! also says in NTK got 28 days to appeal from the NTK date !?
What should I do next? Does the POPLA code come in separate letter or with rejection letter normally?
