Arrears

Do you have an amicable relaionship with yr x and could arrange repayment privately or would she consider dropping the arrears? My ex owed over 4k in arrears and i called the CSA saying i wanted them wiped from account and did not want to persue them and they did. Kind of regret it now cos he has been made redundant and sitting on a huge nest egg and secured a new job but has more than halved what he pays me for dd3 now we are on a private arrangement. Might have to go back to CSA for assessment tho just so we both know we are working with the right figures.olympic challenge starting 7/1/07:j0
