Use the template as is. Don't bother altering it. You can refer to the driver in the first person to the landowner.0

You don't need to double post, just click "EDIT" when in your post and add comments to it, especially if it is not long after your previous post.parkingfinequery wrote: »And secondly, sorry to double post again, should I to write about the driver in the third person when contacting the landowner? Thanks.0 -
Of course it doesn't matter that they've shown a couple of selected photos. Do you honestly think what you are seeing is any different than the hundreds of times every month that we help people submit an appeal.
How does it even matter, seeing as you know already UKCPS will reject it? The NEWBIES thread tells you that about all IPC firms, which is why we are pressing you to QUICKLY complain to the landowner who will have a very short window to email your data to UKCPS, to cancel it.
In any complaint to a landowner, obviously just say 'we' rather than 'I'...it's not hard to avoid implying who was driver and we don't have to write it for you. Just do it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As I have pointed out already, I have difficulty with the newbies post as it is so long and wordy. You are right that you don't have to write it for me, and neither am I asking you to do so. I am asking for guidance which you are more than welcome to ignore and stop replying entirely. I am genuinely surprised at the frankly discourteous tone when there is no need for you to reply at all if it's winding you up so much. I am sure that you get tired when you see the posts day in, day out, but for me this is the first time I have had to deal with such a letter and, as such, it's particularly distressing and worrying.
I am, however, especially grateful for the helpful posts which have given me the advice and guidance I have been seeking. I have already emailed the landowner and submitted my appeal, so you can rest easy that I won't be pestering you any longer.
Edit: May I point out that writing in all-capitals can be particularly difficult to read, and certainly doesn't make the newbies thread any easier for people like myself:
