It was produced for peops who preferred the smaller handset. I heard they’re bringing out a new SE soon which would have to be at least equivalent to an 8, which may coincide with your contract end so maybe wait and see?
Did you know you can spread payments interest free directly from Apple now? Buying a phone from them and a sim from elsewhere is going to be much cheaper.
Another vote for giffgaff though, unlimited everything for £20 a month and you can cancel at anytime because you only ever pay for one month.
I love the look of the Red iPhone but I too have a perfectly good SE so won’t be changing it yet.
Hello triple choc:) Hope all is well with you .
Thanks for the heads up . I knew that the model I have was/ is still popular. Now I know why . Thanks . TBH, I won't do anything now until next year . By then , I'll know what's what ( or should do:rotfl:)
Regarding the Apple spreading of payments , I looked at that option when it came out. Not for me . Reason being is , you go through a credit check . I was with Barclays when I ran into trouble, and the loan is through them apparently . I have broadband with Vodafone as well, and have to say( fingers crossed) , that they have been very good for me and fixed problems in a professional manner.
One reason I may stick with Vodafone and go sim only next year, is that they may give me a sweetener of a few months free Spotify/ Netflix etc .0 -
Hi AC
I stopped posting on threads because I started getting logged out after a couple of minutes. Only just worked out how to remedy it; there is only one log in choice where I can tick a box to 'stay logged in'. That seems to have solved it so I'm back!
Didn't know about the link between Apple and Barclays, thanks for that.
My son is on Vodafone sim only, I pay about £21 a month because he uses loads of data but it's still better than his original contract.0
