Leftover curry and rice yesterday. Today, pasta salad: pasta cooked with frozen mixed veg, with olives, ham, provolone (yep, still picnic stuff) mayo, tomatoes and tomato puree and a bit of smoked paprika and basil leaves.Keep reading books!

One grated carrot, mixed with 40g reduced fat houmous and about 5 sultanas, on superseeded bread. Plus a Babybel light and fruit.Keep reading books!

No progress to report today, met a friend for lunch. Lovely Tonkotsu Ramen in the sunshine and I didn't feel guilty as I'm still on course to hit my target

12/19 - even brought my own egg sarnie brekkie in again! Very happy to know it's not only costing me less, I can use nice bread and no oil.

I had no lunch-y stuff left today (aldI shop tonight!) So I had scrambled eggs for breakfast and took cereal and milk for lunch along with fruit and a yoghurt. 7/10
