Have you had any luck with anymore viewings or offers?

Some comments on your new photos:

1. The first pic should always be the outside of the property.

2. Second pic of the bathroom – I see you added a colourful shower curtain – still didn’t include the toilet again.

3. Pic 5 of outside, would look better if it was taken now and not when it snowed.

4. The first 5 pics are unnamed, yet the rest of them have what they are e.g. bedroom, lounge etc.

5. Your pics are in a haphazard order; it goes bathroom, lounge, kitchen, lounge, view of outside flat, bedroom etc.

6. Rather than 3 shots of the lounge, you might want to include a second one of the bathroom which includes the toilet.

7. Why is there no pic of bedroom 2?

8. You’ve mentioned allocated parking but not for how many spaces. Given it’s a 2 bed apartment, a lot of people may assume it would come with 2 spaces. If this is not the case, you definitely need to mention how many spaces.

9. The bedding/pillows in bedroom 1 pic look tired and mismatched. Given that you’ve taken the photo at an angle to include the bed as a centrepiece it just looks odd.
