In general if something says plus you would expect it to include the vat, i mean when i purchase an item from say Amazon/Ebay if the product says 3.49 + P+P i would expect this to include the postage cost!Time Is The Enemy!0

So what you are saying is that if you saw something marked as £10+20% in a shop you would think that it is actually £10 rather than £12?
