My three Classic accounts are listed in a different order than on the old platform.
Only noticed when moving money in and out.
 No biggy though0

Re log out button missing. Despite clicking into my accounts I still haven't found the log out button. Just after posting previously (at 10.17) I received the inactivity notification and I clicked "log out now". I have since been to the opticians in town centre and driven back, but the inactivity notification is still showing (at 12.07).
I did have some sympathy with TSB on Monday of last week as I used to work in a finance environment and each time we "upgraded" or switched systems we would all hold our breath and cross our fingers on go-live. Luckily we had no problems, and we always had a contingency of reverting to previous platform. But over a week later? Come on TSB get it sorted. I am fortunate to have other bank accounts so have suffered nothing other than inconvenience but I do know some are struggling to access their cash etc. easily.0

There is a different authenication method for this. Instead of an on-screen four-digit number which you respond to by inputting to your phone they send out a 6 digit passcode by phone that you then input to the on-screen box. The call seems to be about 20 seconds slower as with compared to the Lloyds/Halifax/BOS one......under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0

Just tried it - annoying. That is not a valid date format that excel recognises. And now they've changed it again, instead of "DD-MM-YYYY", it's "YYYY-MM-DD-hh.mm.ss.ffffff", where "ffffff" is microseconds.
Easily fixed with a couple of functions (LEFT(..,10) to pull the date out in a valid format then DATEVALUE to convert it), but it's tedious to have to add another step before the data can be imported into my accounts spreadsheet.0
