Another difference is an empty balance shows as £0.00 rather than 'Nil'.

I cant change the direct debit for my credit card on line, whereas I have been able to before.
I have also noticed many typos
The site is extremely slow and logged me out in the middle of something.

Got any examples of the typos? I'd look myself but it's been logging in for 2 minutes

Well, it threw me out, and now I cant get back in, and I cant remember them.
Because I was trying to sort out my credit card, I do remember on the credit card payment page, it said I could pay with "on of your accounts".

My 2 direct debits don't show on my online statement (laptop) checked on 2 different computers. I checked my direct debits list and my Tesco one has disappeared (surely it should still show last payment in early April) whilst the other one shows as paid on 3/4. I have received my DD Reward so clearly these have been paid. When I went back even further previous month's DD showing, but no type code.

Putting the things that are just plain faulty to one side, the only actual change I've found so far is that the date format when doing a csv export is different. It may not sound much, but it will break many spreadsheet imports.

For people looking for missing documents, apparently some have found that these were moved into the Inbox "archive" section.

Sadly, I'm not surprised; unfortunately these days, there are a lot of people who seem incapable of using even basic spelling, punctuation and grammar correctly (not only TSB!):(
A cunning plan, Baldrick? Whatever it was, it's got to be better than pretending to be mad; after all, who'd notice another mad person around here?.......Edmund Blackadder.

I had a monthly DD due to go out on 16 April (just before the migration started) for a newspaper subscription. The DD is showing on my online DD list as "last paid on 16/4" but the payment is not shown on my online statement. DD (not Tesco) due on 3 April is showing on DD list as last paid on 3 April, and the out payment does appear on the online statement. In a quandary as to whether the DD due on 16 April has indeed been paid. Fortunately it's not a critical DD. I would be worried if it was mortgage, council tax or energy bill.

    Not "maid"? I'm dizappointed.

But, seriously, I am finding that TSB login screen won't save my userID despite my ticking the box so assume it's not connected to the back-end and gets ignored after logging off.

The next screen differs from old by requiring I hit 'tab' 14 times to reach the first charater input menu-box instead the 5 times (extra effort!) it still does on lloyds or Halifax.
