How to determine is it a Load Bearing Wall?

If you read my reply properly you will see I suggested asking the neighbors to get confirmation is it, rather than is isn’t - there is a very important difference there.
I did, but my comment stands. Although it is less risky to assume a wall is loadbearing rather than isn't, the assumption is still not without risks.
The first risk is deciding not to do a project due to the incorrect assumption it is more difficult than it actually is.
The second risk is that in assuming a particular wall is loadbearing it may lead to the opinion that another wall is not loadbearing, or mistakenly think the loads in the structure are distributed in an entirely different way to the reality.
Structural engineering is not something to do by assumption or asking a neighbour. Unless the neighbour happens to be a professional structural engineer."In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -

Well it worked for me.
I spoke to my neighbours and found it was load bearing.
One of them then provided me the name & phone number of an architect who used to live on the road until quite recently and was still local - I approached him & had my plans drawn up.0 -
