    There is a pic of the wording on the signs there.

    Where does it say on that sign about having to park with a child in a P&C bay. I must have missed it.

    As the sign is the contract then they appear to have inserted that clause later - unless they have changed the signs since 21st March when those were taken.

    If you have a moment, and you appear to, why not make contact with Trading Standards and discuss the issue of their issuing claims under false pretences.

    This is in addition to issuing a claim against them for data misuse.

    NO NO NO ... mediators are not savvy about parking scams.

    You need to put your case in front of a judge where you
    will get a fair hearing.
