@umkomas That is what I put in section 3 of the form and that was my defense.0

I'm far from an expert, but I would be concerned about this in the defence. As far as I am concerned the stills do not prove there was no child entering or returning to the car. It was midweek midday and this enormous car park was empty as always. There is no reason why the car would need to be parked in a child bay.
Were you in a child space? It seems like first you are accepting that you were but claiming they can't prove you didn't have a child then second you are claiming that you wouldn't have been.0 -
At least you have that...I will stand by my stance that there was no contraventionPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Which points would you say in your experience would best be focussed on in my defence? To have the maximum chance of success.
There is the issue of still photos
Also them not sending me a.paper copy.of the refutal form
I cant manage to upload the sign on here and provide a link to the jpeg but i can confirm that there is aboslutely no mention of child parking.
It states that all vehicles must be parked wholly within the confines of a marked parking bay and that to park in disabled space you must have a blue badge.0 -
Yes you can, like all the other newbies do. Think about the URL link & how to break it.I cant manage to upload the sign on here and provide a link to the jpeg but i can confirm that there is absolutely no mention of child parking.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Where does it say on that sign about having to park with a child in a P&C bay. I must have missed it.
As the sign is the contract then they appear to have inserted that clause later - unless they have changed the signs since 21st March when those were taken.
If you have a moment, and you appear to, why not make contact with Trading Standards and discuss the issue of their issuing claims under false pretences.
This is in addition to issuing a claim against them for data misuse. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
