Now be ready for CEL's letter offering to 'settle for less' (LOL!) and the DQ stage, as fully explained already in post #2 of the NEWBIES thread.

the NEWBIES sticky thread post #2 tells you what to do with your defence

ie:- print , sign and date , scan back to pc , save as a pdf , email as an attachment to the CCBC

in which case there is no need to post anything at all, no need to physically fill in the CCBC form either

    No.

If you did have to do that as well, the NEWBIES thread would say so. Just email your signed & dated defence document as an attachment, to the CCBCAQ email addy.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • I think it shows up online as received and filed, but that may take a couple of days. If you've got evidence you emailed it, and no bounce-back, you can assume it's been received.

Loadsofchildren123 knows what she's talking about - she is a practising solicitor, and does this stuff as her day job.
