No, it's too late for offers. The High Court Bailiffs could be round next month.

He must either pay the amount in full within 30 days, or apply for a set aside, but it doesn't sound as if he actually has a defence. We don't often see threads about 'bang to rights' selfish parking, this is rare. Unusually, I can't see the point of paying £255 to set the judgment aside, only to then (possibly) lose later at a hearing once he gets his head out of the sand.

Do you think your son was having his post redirected, until recently, and ignored the more recent letters and the claim form?

Ok the email from Gladstones says that 2 of the PCNs are dated 27 April 2018 and 24th May 2018 so are actually in the future ! The court paper states 3 PCNs and the dates do not relate at all to the email Gladstones have sent.

How much is the CCJ for? Not over £600?

£669.82. So even if we pay Gladstones the PCNs are not the same as the court papers and as I sad two are dated in the future.

What court papers? Thought a claim never arrived, or did your son get it and ignore it?

OK so the court claim form said 3 PCNs adding up to £what (including fees/interest)?

And the CCJ, is it not for the same sum?

Ok so court email says parking charges on 2.3.2017, 23.2.2017, 15.3.2017 and 30.3.2017 and the claimant claims £480 for parking charges/damages and indemnity costs if applicable together with interest of £35.30 pursuant to s69 of the County Courts Act 1984 at 8%.
The email from Gladstones says "PCN874984 issued on 23.3.2017, PCN 887812 issued on 30.3.2017, PCN887860 issued on 12.4.2018, PCN894903 issued on 27.4.2018 and PCN894967 issued on 24.5.2018.

As you can see two are in the future and only one matches which is the one dated 30.3.17.

This is actually making me feel ill now. Even dreamt about police at my door last night.

This doesn't involve the Police, but they could send round High Court Enforcement for over £600.

I asked you what the TOTAL was on the claim form (on the right, not the left).

We did not receive a claim form the court have emailed us a judgment for claim form saying "It is therefore ordered you must pay the claimant £517.82 for debt (and interest to date of judgment) and £152 for costs.
