Did you open 3 paypal disputes in the last year? (regardless of outcome)

The one that didn't pay out counts as a dispute.
    My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j

just had a look and in the last 12 months i have actually opened 6 paypal complaints/disputes, with the following results:

    complaint, non-receipt, 22/10/07 - seller refunded
complaint, non-receipt, 09/06/07 - paypal forced seller refund
complaint, not as described, 26/04/07 - i won but no funds available
complaint, not as described, 16/01/07 - seller refunded, i closed dispute
complaint, non-receipt, 19/11/06 - paypal forced seller refund
    dispute, non-receipt, 09/11/06 - item received, i closed dispute

so if the limit is 3 i don't know how i was allowed to start 6?

unless the only 3 that count are the 2 paypal forced seller refunds and the other dispute i won but no funds available? but then surely i'd not have been allowed to start the one last week? confused.

i could have sworn it had been increased to unlimited claims recently
  • It would be really useful to know what the item is. One of the questions you have asked is how you go about getting the proof that the e-bay item is a fake. You will need to tell us what the item is if you want this question answered.

thanks for your reply but i've had the money back now, as stated above the seller refunded me just hours after i started a paypal dispute.
  • Well done - I hope you got your postage back too. I don't see why you should be out of pocket by even one penny on this.
  • I'm still curious to know what the item is.. I must be the 5th person to ask now?! I'm nosey.. i know!

You got to get through what you've got to go through to get what you want but you got to know what you want to get through what you got to go through.

Something from Babes n Horny it would be terrible to get a bad fit in one of them, possibly even painful
