True, but I know that as I use an ANPR barrier car park regularly.
Its used to speed up exit as once you pay the ANPR reads the plate and lets you out, except it often gets the reading wrong. V and U in my case and it has also read an S as 5.
He also admitted if the weather is bad ANPR can fail. Oops.0 -
