Was in this exact situation - called HMRC who said there weren't any issues they could see and called SBS to find out they'd sent the letters in error.
I've got my bonus (checked this morning) after all that so may be worth having a look to see if it's there.

However, I transferred a H2B for £5,600 in to Skipton from Halifax at the end of January.
I don't seem to have received the part of the HMRC Bonus for previous tax years 2016-2017, only the last tax year 2017 - 2018?
Anyone in a similar position?
Is the Halifax being paid at a later date?
Has anyone had a Halifax H2B which was transferred to Skipton and received all of the HMRC bonus's.

Had a reply from Skipton...
"...our system has only claimed the bonus for your transfer in and the remainder will be claimed in the next bonus period. You will receive this no later than the 4th of June. We are also adding £10 to your interest store for the inconvenience."Mortgage and totally Debt Free as of December 2008.
