You need to read up on this in the Newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum to get the advice you ask about. See ,#10 above your post!

After reading that thread if you need any other advice you must start your own thread and leave this old one you have hijacked to die

You really need to start your own thread for advice. Nobody will complain and you will get your own help and advice.
  • On the 17th of this month I received a Debt Recovery Letter on behalf of Highview Parking ltd. Letter states a parking charge was issued at waterfields retail park on 21st September this year, and basically states that a letter was sent to my old address which was provided to them by the DVLA. Due to no response they utilised a tracing service which found my new address. They are now trying to charge me for the tracing service plus the parking fine which totals £149.99! However my new address was updated with the DVLA in January this year! I’ve tried to appeal via Highview parking website however it states that it’s too late too appeal!!!

    Any advice would be welcome.

But did you update both your Driving Licence and your vehicle's Registration Document?

Please don't answer that question here as trying to deal with two people's different situations in one thread can only lead to confusion.

Please start your own thread if you still have queries.

    Thanks.
  • I can't see what I need for getting my ticket counseled it says look in newbies it seems by the posts here know one can find it can you help
  • Your letter may help others with their fine
  • I still can't see the newbies to see what to do
