  • Ive sent the mail to the PPC for a SAR and have also received a small claims directions Questionnaire (small claims track)- N180 - I assume I fill it in by the date requested and post it to the relevant court - I assume I DONT wish for mediation and I ask for my local magistrates court ?

Do I ask for permission to use written evidence of an expert ?

I have no witness - however the store owner did allow me take his photo and said that the guy should NOT have taken my photo and I was ok to park as a customer of his store - I am not even sure if he still owns it but it is likely

    thanks

Why arent you following post two of the newbies thread?

Tells you exactly what to do. Miss the deadline and you lose. Note that you're sending it to two parties.

Wat expert were you going to hire at £2000 a day ?

And even if you can't find the NEWBIES thread, you have already been given personalised information on exactly how to answer your current questions.

Please re-read post #10 of your very own thread.
