Mine might be the same as Gladstones!
Is that a problem? We rarely, if ever, see a court hearing held anywhere other than the court local to the defendant.
Whatever, it is unlikely ever to be local to Gladstones - it would be local to the claimant (the PPC, not their solicitors) in the case of a company rather than an individual being sued.
Gladstones never turn up themselves for any hearing. They seem not to want to get too close to a Judge's questioning! Not often does a PPC turn up either! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hi, just received Gladstones copy of direction questionnaire, expecting mine soon. Can anyone tell me which is Gladstones local county court. Thanks.
Gladstones is in Knutsford at the golf club, so either there or the nearest county court that deals with these claims
however, as pointed out above, its the PPC who will determine their local court, so as I do not believe that there are any PPC local to Knutsford, then as mentioned, its a moot point
normally its the local court to a defendant , so go to the government gateway and put your postcode in and it will tell you0 -
Many thanks. Continuing to be educated.0

Geographically the nearest county court to me is a different postcode to mine, can I specify that court or must it be the court whose postcode I come under. Thanks.0

Put the postcode on the claim here and it will tell you the one the automatic system will make first choice.

If that court is slated for closure, or if they have a specialist judge for parking, it will be the one the specialist judge is at. The only limitation on which court they will chose will be 1 hours driving time. They will though try to make it the one the search above gives you. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I wonder if G;adstones would welcome a case at their local CC. Some of the judges may be familiar with their mo.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Punched in my postcode and the computer said; 1st court was crime only, 2nd nearest court and the one that deals with money claims was the one that I had mentioned was geographically nearest to my home.
Coincidentally, it happens to be in the same postcode as the car park where it was alleged I'd transgressed.
At the moment in that town there is a lot of publicity about this ppc's unfair ticketing in the local press, labelling them " scammers " and also I believe there is an active Facebook campaign highlighting this ppc's unfair tactics. Still waiting for my DQ from Northampton.
The covering letter with GS's copy of DQ very kindly informed me that this was a straightforward case, so no need for mediation, daring to assume that the Judge would automatically find for the claimant! Regards.0
