Well - an interesting 24 hours. DS went for his regular hospital treatment on Friday and picked up an infection in hospital which didnt manifest itself until Sunday. Cue a very frightening rush to hospital yesterday with him very poorly. However, he is recovering well and home, in bed, bored and grumpy.

Lots going on with my job. Madly busy juggling the trillion and one other things happening in my life but I am feeling strangely positive.

Pigpen flinging is definitely very therapeutic!

Not much flying done here, other than a load of washing in which will have to go over the airer.

Iona that scentwork sounds fab; I think anything that gives a dog chance to use his/her brain is wonderful.

Buddy & Indi have been collected *sob* and Mr LW is currently removing doghair from the carpets with the Dys0n. I don't like the empty gap where their box of toys was. Silly, innit?

Donna as Madam Mim (and possibly others) have said grieve in your own way. I still burst into tears suddenly because I miss my sister so. Cancer sucks. Mind you I was incapable of cleaning my own home - though I did lots of flying at work..

Been a stupidly mad day. Have pointed out that there aren't enough hours to keep up with my 'new' job.

WAULTD (plastic stuff mainly) after my tea; (DD made salmon risotto yum); this morning I did WM, TD and DW.

Going to iron now.

Had my final PTSD reprogramming session today and have been declared sane lol. My counsellor says I've made tremendous progress and I have to say I am feeling much more positive and am looking forward to the coming year to effect the changes I have decided on. Thank you all for listening to my whinging and moaning. I promise to remain as happy as possible from now on!

Carrot cupcakes baking ATM...smell delicious. I'm gonna get brownie points when the boys spot them in the morning I also made some rather tasty chicken enchiladas for dinner, complete with HM chipotle sauce, which worked out about a third of the cost of a jar, so polished halo for that too! I'm such a domestic goddess *blush*

Right, cuppa and some TV.

darn it... I just commented how well my dishwasher is surviving... bother.... jinxed it, it's going to die!!! Me and my big fat mouth!!

Smalls all away for the night.. food scoffed.. soup and 2 apples... I feel like a freaking hellbeast!

Tomorrows lists include defrosting the fridge... I am fluffed off waiting for OH to do it. I am also shifting his shed shtuff to the shed.. I have a pillar drill in my kitchen... because we all need one of those don't we? I have washing to fold and put away and the dressing up stuff on the line should be adequately aired to go in the dryer and be whizzed to school because these have no interest in any of it. I want to sort the plastic tub collection which is growing exponentially and spiling out into my life..

DD2 helpfully took the box of unwanted jars and stuff. My larder unit is looking quite empty.. I love it.

Morning everyone. Hope you're all ok this morning, very quiet on here but I expect some of you are getting littlies ready for school.

Hopefully I will just do gardening today. It's not raining at the moment.

Yesterday was super busy and full, so no flying at all. Apart from about an hour at home (when obviously I ran the wm again), I was out from 7.30am to 10.30pm. And wouldn't you think that would help me sleep - definitely no!

So today is my day off. DD is still away, DH just had to get up and quietly go to work. At 6.30, the bedroom lights go on and he clatters about. And clatters some more. Then off he goes - whispering goodbye like I would have slept through - and proceeds to open and slam shut the garage door. Multiple times. At least that's what it sounded like! Unfortunately my guag seems to have got washed away, so I have managed to idle away the last couple of hours, apart from changing DD's bedding and putting that through the wm. It now replaces the 2 day old washing that has just about managed to get dry.

Paperwork to be sorted first, as I have left it on the kitchen table to annoy me sufficiently to clear it.

Pigpen - we have a workmate in our house that came in from the shed and has now become part of the family. I even have to dust it at times....

Went to visit ex SIL yesterday she is not in the best of health and is in a
nursing home, (she is 35 years old than me) she seemed happy to see me.

So far today

I have a 'double glazing window man' in my kitchen and dinning room, replacing two windows, so I have shown him where they are and left him to it. Seems in involve a lot of banging at the moment, and removal of old panes of glass...............I will venture back in a bit to see the new windows.

Kitchen was clean and tidy, but may need re doing

Twinkle is determined to be a pita today too it appears.. she is a nightmare.. if I sit down the claws at my legs and screams at me.. if I put her on my lap she demands feeding and I am not spending all day sat feeding an almost 2 year old... if I move to do anything she follows me around screaming at me. Thankfully I can usually get her down for a nap about 12. She is permanently in my personal space touching me and screaming.. if she just chattered thats fine.. but the whining and screaming is so utterly draining and really annoying!! I was all touched out before I got out of bed this morning so we aren't going to have a fun day.

Rubbish weather out there again so I can't even kick her into the garden

OH away to college.. DS3 is in at 1 and everyone else already gone.. not sure if DS2 is in today or not.. he usually does 12-5 on a Wednesday.

I'll finish my cuppa and have a look inside a kitchen cupboard before I lose motivation.. I'm supposed to be decorating DD3's room this week.. oops!! lol.... there's always next week! I need to buy plastic sheeting and filler and can't afford them until Friday, I'm not just slacking.. plus there is noone to watch naughty while I crack on.
