Morning JoJo and everyone else. I was in bed until 7.30 when the dogs wanted to get up.

Piggers - I have found what works for bingo wings - cutting the back lawn with shears.

Today it is pouring with rain. I have just been playing with the dogs but am hoping to get in some walks. As I can't garden today, and have visitors tonight, I must do some flying indoors.

    Have a great day everyone.

Pouring with rain here too.. typical first day back to school really.

I can't bend down to cut with shears.. but looking at the size of my lawn I'd only have to do it once or twice lol.. I might just stick with the weights.. super soggy out there.

I really need to get something productive done today.. and figure out why my alarms went off 4 times.. though they worked haha. I've been awake nearly all night anyway thanks to OH putting on a stupid film which stirred up memories of childhood abuses.. blooming marvellous! As a result I don't really want to do very much at all.. other than rejoice in being almost child free for a few hours.

kettle, food and arms I think.

Emptied kitchen bin which I asked OH to do last night as the bins were being emptied this morning..
    TD on
    2x WM
Filled half a binbag from the 3rd worktop.

Today I am sorting the pan cupboard and putting the umpteen coffee machines away and making the kitchen a useable space again.. I need to paint it, I think waiting 2.5 years for someone else to do it is plenty.

    Morning Jojo and everyone

Carpenter arrived with his cousin at 08.20 and have already taken down one wall unit, drunk tea/coffee and started work on the ensuite door (replacing sliding door with hinged) :)

    I have
    - moved the car to make room for their van
    - removed ornaments and shifted furniture
    - dusted the wall unit
    - found the tins of paint for touching up the walls and painting the new door and frame
    - made some phonecalls
    - been to SW and lost half a pound despite eating chocolate, biscuits and cake all week :D (but I didn't change my signature after last week's disastrous result)

My list for other things today:
    - phone friend in Germany
    - sort hymns for Sunday
    - do some accounting work for church
    - list child car seats
    - scan some pictures
    - do bits of painting
    - sort books
    - work on essay this evening while DH is out

    Catch up later x

Hi everyone, really sad to tell you my Mum sadly lost her fight against ovarian cancer last month, I'm devastated, never imagined this level of sadness existed, so the house is spotless (thanks to it being DD's 18th birthday) have also been coping by clearing cupboards - need to try and get some sort of normality back into life, so I'm back in Flying today, weight loss has gone completely out of the window but rejoining slimming world again tomorrow, i'm just eating eating eating and nothing touches the sides x anyway enough sadness, hope all is well, will go back and read this week's thread from start and find out what room i am cleaning today, lots of love to you all xxxx
