Have you checked the costs of using one compared to using a debit or credit card?0

I only have a debit card from Alliance and Leicester .I don't use credit cards .
The money is from a savings Account and I felt this might be a better way of carrying it than in cash .0 -
I hope you don't take offence, but this is such a tiresome question.
Please utilise the very comprehensive articles posted at the top of this forum.
If it was good idea, it will be recommended there. It is isn't, it won't.

i dont think its a tiresome question at all, the post office travel money card hardly gets a mention on the forum and i cant find it mentioned in the link you gave
are you getting confused with debit or credit cards donnie?
whats the problem with repeat questions anyway, you arent getting forced to read threads are you
what gets tiresome is posters butting in with such comments as yours donnie when another repeat question gets asked0 -
I did do a search and couldn't find any info.
I am sorry that you feel my post is tiresome .I wanted a quick answer and couldn't find anything that vaguely fitted this card so,I posted a thread.
I have difficulties with my eyesight and ,trawling through posts can be extremely tiring for me .

the post office website has all the info you'd need with regard to the card. there's many articles on here regarding the best ways to spend abroad and among them will be opinions on the post office exchange rates which will be pertinent if you want to use the PO card.
disregard those that say that they think the post office give good foreign exchange rates !!!!

It's good that you have an opinion, but it would have been better if you actually had a reply for the OP.
Another useless article.

It's a real pity they don't pay interest on sarcasm - you would be worth a fortune!"How far you go in life depends on you being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and the strong. Because someday in life you will have been all of these."0 -
I'm already worth a fortune.
Another one with nothing to contribute. :rolleyes:0
