How did you land on this one, as your first foray to this board, Circle1987?

Do you have a PCN from this scumbag firm?

Or are you here as a PPC 'worker' for want of a better word (it's not a real job of course, nothing that helps Society or does anything useful).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • haha. I have a PCN. Do you want it? I'm just in the process of appealing a ticket (non-windscreen) from PCM. Appears they are an IPC member. I used the template given in the n00bie thread which also states "i will not respond online, only by post". But when I go to the appeals webstie i type in my PCN reference and reg and a pop up box appears saying "if you continue past this point you will no longer be able to appeal by post" so i got scared... and i posted a comment on the sticky thread about what I should do.

In answer to your question - yes i've been stung. lol. And i just came across this post as the situation is exactly the same as mine. I'm wondering if OP ignored all letters and wanted to know what had come of it and if I should do the same.

  • Hello mate, still nowhere with mine, all I kept getting is PCN letter reminders and that they would have gone back to the owner suggesting to take legal action against myself if no response is received. DRP kept mailing as the debt recovery.
I guess now we are close to Xmas I may hear more about it as they may want the cash for their presents :rotfl:

    Hello Coupon-mad!

So I'm back from the newbie thread having read it a bit more again because I have just received the Claim Form from the county court saying I'm being claimed for the parking fee unpaid by UK Car park management limited.
I've completed the AoS and I am about to submit the SAR but I have a doubt whether I should have done this earlier?
Claim issue date was the 11th of April 2019 and I have completed the AoS today so that should give about 28days.

I ignore the forms that ask for my financial situation as you mentioned in the forum that there is no need for that, but what are my next actions?

    Thanks Again!

The 28 days you have to respond after AOS is the total since the date of service shown on the claim form, not from the date of AOS

Now read up #2 in the newbies faq thread to learn what your actions should be.

That post takes you right through this process to the hearing

    Hi Quentin,
so its at this stage that I send the SAR letter to the parking firm and a letter to Gladstones to restrict data processing correct?
