    What was the outcome? Did you sell your house in the end? Which changes did you implement and did you have to revise the asking price?

    We changed agents, lowered the price, had all of the photos redone (after adding some throws etc to spruce it up) and got an accepted offer within about 4-5 weeks! I think it all helped, as did the change in weather :j
