Struggling to sell

Hi everyone -
I've seen threads like this before, so just looking for some advice really. My partner and I have had our property on the market for the last 16 weeks and have barely had any viewings. We've owned the place for around 18 months - we're only selling because we both got jobs on the other side of the country making it impossible for us to live there anymore.
We absolutely love the place so we're a bit devastated that people aren't even looking. The price is fairly reflective of houses in that area of that size - especially given the proximity to the park, marina, and rugby club, and it's pretty neutral throughout, so we're stumped on how to get people through the door.
I'm not allowed to post a link as a new forum member, but searching OX14 5TG and limiting to that area only shows it as the only property.

Were the photos taken by an oompa loompa? Why so low?
I don't know why anyone uses an estate who doesn't use a wide angle lens.
The photo of the front of the house from when you bought it is far better. Why would anyone choose to photograph it being overshadowed by itself? If the front of the house and the back garden need photographing at different times of day to look their best, so be it. Your EA managed to catch the worst time. Presumably the sun is now higher in the sky than it was, so it would be a good idea to retake. On a nice day.
Your furniture does look better than the previous occupants.
What was the feedback from the viewings you have had?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I agree. Your photos are really poor. They make your house look very dark. You're also a bit of a shlep from a station which would be a deal breaker for me as a commuter.

Couldn't agree more, came to post the same thing.0 -

Believe it or not these were the redone ones! Totally agree that the lighting is rubbish in a lot of them (and it's actually a bright airy house..)
There's a bit of a thing about not using wide angle lenses in our area, all of the agents specifically advertise that they don't use them, so I'm not sure we could improve the pics from that perspective.0 -
The photos themselves are poor and uninspiring, but there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the property in them. The floorplan's present and decent. The description's underwhelmingly thin but inoffensive.
The agent can barely bring themselves to market it, and I wonder if that's being reflected in their attitude to potential buyers.
Oh, and why should they be looking at yours instead of this - just round the corner, bigger, garage, semi instead of EoTerrace, £25k cheaper...

Or for £5k more, the external pics of this make the immediate surroundings look much nicer...

Where are your bedroom curtains?
We only had a blind in the bedroom - have two cats who like to climb so we weren't too keen on putting them in when we were living there (house thoroughly purged of all evidence of moggies prior to moving out).0 -
Looking at what else is on the market and under offer, it does look like you're in the right ballpark of asking price (I note a few price reductions in that area) but I genuinely think that front angle and the shadow makes the house look unusual and tiny. There's more catslide porch than house.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Yes, I had been feeling the same about the agents, have a couple of other valuing today so may well switch.
Mm I'll give you that on the second link (although internal space is less), but the first one is on a somewhat notorious street where everything is well below market value for that reason.0 -
The first thing that stands out to me if I was doing a search is that having multiple 3 bed terraces within just a quarter of a mile, but around £30k cheaper, isn't going to help your case.
What has the EA said? Have they had any enquiries at all? It may be an idea to get one of your friends to call them to arrange a viewing, and see how they try and sell it to them?0
