Your WS is fine, except that your paragraph numbering is all over the place, you have two para. 7s following on from para.12.

If you want the driver to make a statement, that must also be in the form of a Witness Statement, giving his full name and address, and signed by a statement of truth.

You do not do that in the form of a letter to the Judge, and when in court, you address the Judge as Sir or Madam, not 'Your Honour'.

Ahh I have changed that thanks. I used the information from my defence as I thought it was relevant with regards to the signage. Do I need to write about the fact I received no Notice to Keeper? Is there anything else I need to add? Also, as my partner is admitting to being the driver visiting a friend, will he be pursued instead? I put in his name and full address in the witness statement. How do I make his letter in the context of a witness statement? I read up about how to write a letter addressed to the judge and it said to give background information on who you are and your relationship to the defendant as it gives credibility etc. Can you please help edit it? I have spent so long on this now I don't know how to do it as my head is clouded (part of my learning difficulty).

Seriously so many people have tried to help you and suggested that you get a carer/friend to assist you get to grips with this and now it turns out you have a partner who could give you additional help

Why did you not get your partner to read the forum as well? You've been asked, more than once, to get help.

You shoudl take your partner with you to court as well. You might need the support there.

I haven't got a carer or any friends that can help and I'm pressed for time. My partner is also Slovakian and he doesn't speak very fluent English and his written English isn't very good. I just need help with editing what i've already written. I need to get it right as from what i've read, CEL are pursuing more people all the way to the court room.
